The SIFU(master) that prepared this pancake. Started it since he was young. All his life ,everyday, he prepared the ingredient, cook it, sell it. All by himself. He is still quite young(Mid thirties). But he already had more than 18 years experienced. 
1stly put sugar for 1st layer of topping.
Secondly, peanuts all over the pancake after 2 minutes. He never give less peanuts even though the price for peanuts are so expensive. That's quality.
The ready made pancake. Not yet cut into pieces. This is the chinese pizza?? pancake or watever ppl call it to be. Malay call it apam balik. Chinese call it "jian long bao" and " dai gao min" .
