Property prices are going to shoot up in this area during the 3 years construction period. Currently the demand are rising and prices will follow. You know the law.. High demand high price!! Either you make a move now or you can wait for a higher price. Prices did not come down even the economy was bad and now econnomy are recovering. Needless me to persuade you.
